Q1 How do I book a class?
You can easily book a class by visiting our Booking page. Simply select your preferred tutor, choose your schedule based on your plan (1, 2, 3, or 5 times a week), and proceed with the payment. Your session is confirmed immediately upon payment.
Q2 Can I reschedule or cancel a class?
Yes, you can reschedule a class up to 12 hours before the scheduled time through ‘My Page’. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the deduction of a session credit.
Q3 What platform is used for the lessons?
All lessons are conducted via Zoom to ensure high-quality video and audio stability. You will receive a unique Zoom link via email or notification before your class starts.
Q4 Who are the tutors?
Our tutors are top 1% professionals selected from the Top 3 universities in the Philippines (UP, Ateneo, De La Salle). They undergo a rigorous verification process and continuous training to ensure the highest quality of education.
Q5 How long is each session?
Each session lasts for 25 minutes. This duration is optimized for maintaining focus and practicing intensive speaking without fatigue.
